Cato

Cato is an indoor/ourdoor Siamese cat who lives in the Napa Valley of California.  This tree is one of his favorite spots to hang out.  Cato is a mighty hunter and catches all kinds of birds and small animals, which he then eats.  When he comes in for the night, he is also a mighty sleeper with a mighty snore.  His human has threatened to get him a kitty-sized anti-snoring mask, but that hasn't happened yet. Cato is currently running for President and I like his platform.  He is also quite a philosopher and writes some very interesting things on his blog. For instance, he maintains that all cats are saints, even if they are naughty, because their purring and lap cuddling can be quite miraculous in making their humans feel better.  At present, he is running an "I'm too sexy" Catwalk Contest and the entrants are amazing.

                                      Cato is a philosopher kitty.
You should read his blog; he is quite witty.
                                              Every cat is a saint,
Even if you think you ain't.
Remember that purrs have helped many a kitty*.

And dog and human and hamster and many others.

Cato looks like a tiger in that picture so I can believe he is a great hunter. Diego-san too snores once in a while and I find it amusing how loud it can get...

Excellent rhyming! BTW, I’d like to tell you that my hilariously funny book, The World Is Your Litter Box, is in bookstores now and is also available on Amazon. The book is cleverly disguised as a cute cat book so humans will buy it, but is, in fact, a how-to manual FOR cats. Check it out on my website, www.theworldisyourlitterbox.com.

We didn't know Cato is running for President. We assume he's a different party's candidate than Cheysulli?

Cato is quite a cat! He'd make a good purrsident.
Karen Jo, I left comments on your beautiful tribute to Bonnie and her second limerick. She loved both limericks and left purrs on the first. Thank you so much for your kind words. Today is hard... it's been one week.
Victor has been racing around like a maniac, playing his poor Mouseifer to "death".
