Goodbye, Bonnie Underfoot

Bonnie Underfoot showed signs of feeling ill early Thursday morning and was rushed to the emergency vet, where her heart stopped a little after noon.  The vet used CPR and brought her back once, but the second time her heart stopped, nothing worked.  This is devastating news.  Bonnie and Victor have been blogging since December 2005 and are well known and loved all over the Cat Blogosphere.  Theirs was one of the first cat blogs I started reading when I discovered cat blogs a couple of years ago.  I always adored her feistiness.  She was the inspiration for the Attack Tabbies club.  She loved her Man and tolerated the Woman and the Boy, but she never got used to having Victor around.  Sitting in boxes was one of her favorite things and she won the Silver Medal in box sitting in the Cat Olympics.  I found Bonnie quite inspirational and wrote two limericks for her, which can be found here and here.  I am really going to miss her.  My deepest condolences to her family and especially to Victor, who always wanted her to like him.

                                  Bonnie Underfoot has left us behind,
                                  But we will always keep her in mind.
                                          We love her dearly;
                                          Our hearts are nearly
                                 Broken to pieces 'cause she left us behind.

Bonnie reminded Jan of her Jenny, who spent years demanding to be an only cat!

But she mellowed in her later years and we're glad we all, except Rusty and Samartian. had time to know her.

Bonnie will be missed.

Karen Jo, I only just saw this lovely tribute. Thank you so much! She's been gone a week today and we miss her terribly. I didn't know how much she contributed to the CB until she was gone.

Last weekend, Bonnie was in her cuddler when Victor popped up and touched noses. For once, she didn't growl or hiss, but touched noses with him. I was blown away.
Thank you. Big (((((HUGS)))))

Just how much can a provider legally charge to allow an insurance policy holder out of his car insurance?
Just how much does your agency cost when an individual needs to terminate and how much pressure can you use to maintain them?
What are some ideas or something like that we can say if our consumer has many months still left on his existing automotive policy? Surely, we are not going to wait until his renewal comes due every time.
