This is a really dark picture of the crabapple tree next door, covered in snow. I'll get a better picture tomorrow, I hope. I have been researching kitties, but they aren't talking to me right now, so I thought I would just do a regular blog entry, just for a change.
When I got up Sunday morning, it was drizzling rain. This is highly unusual in January. My town is at a bit over 7,000 feet and we always get snow or sleet in January. Anyway, it drizzled all day, making the skiers very unhappy. This year, for the first time in about five years, we had a nice early snow for a good base and now the drizzling rain was ruining it. From 7 to 9 pm the drizzle slowly changed to freezing rain, then snow. It snowed all night and all day Monday, finally ending about 7 pm. We got about four inches, by my estimation. Now the skiers are happy again and so am I. We really need the moisture. It is nice fluffy snow and it's beautiful.

The world is getting hotter and hotter, some snow are great~~~
I think the picture is very lovely~!
I fixed the blog entry but you know...a thousand human years seems like a million cat years as we sleep so much more than you do.
It is a lovely photo. I feel for the skiers! My human hates skiing in the rain (or sleet)
Whenever you want more snow just ask and I'll do what I can to send some from my way. We've already gotten too much this winter here in Minnesota.
Oh, what a pretty picture. We've lost all our snow, but that's ok, cause we got to go out tonight!
We live by a ski resort too and it's around 65 degrees here today. I don't understand the weather because it didn't get above 20 last week. Mom says she's happy about cold weather because if the ski areas do well, the town does well. However, that's going to change once she has the surgery and is on crutches for six week.
We had rain yesterday and are sposed to get snow on Thursday! Ugh.
If you want, you can do a limmerick on us! (It's not rude to ask, is it?)
Stay dry, Karen Jo!
Cyclone Cats
That is a pretty picture. We had very warm weather today (in the high 50's). Very rare (and weird) for NH in Jan. But it will change pretty quick, we are sure.
Take care.

ok - just looking at that picture makes me cold ;-p i'm glad it doesn't snow here!
That looks live a very nice picture of snow. We never get any here, but Mom says she misses it. She saw some when she went to where you live a couple of years ago. Have fun playing in the snow.
