Misty was a beautiful cat with very floofy gray fur. She also had a white undercoat, which gave her a very rich look. She was gorgeous and she knew it. She loved to model for the camera. Her Mom adopted her when she was a kitten. She had kidney problems for half her life. Three years ago she had to have a kidney removed. When she got CRF it was very hard on her. She purred a lot, but never meowed at all. Just recently she started to meow at her Mom, telling her it was time for her to go to the Rainbow Bridge. This was very hard on her Mom, as PooPoo went to the Bridge only last month. Luckily Dumplin' has just joined the family to cheer her up a bit. Misty was a calm and loving cat and will be greatly missed.
Misty had such gorgeous fur.
It was gray and floofy and suited her.
To the Bridge she flew
To Taffy and PooPoo.
She's having fun, but we are missing her.

Oh Karen Jo, I just knew you would write something lovely about beautiful Misty.
Poor Bandit! That makes me so sad too. I wish this all would just stop for a while...

Karen Jo, another lovely tribute poem in a long line of them. You are remarkable.
What a wonderful tribute! We're so sorry to hear the sad news about Misty. She had a wonderful life filled with love, and was very lucky to have a mom that took such good care of her.
Misty was just the most beautiful girl. We will miss her so very much. I still can't believe she went to the Bridge.

It's interesting how cats and dogs tell their Mom's it's time to go and it's so hard when loosing two sweeties so close together. All my Little Bit (dog) had to do was look me in the eyes and I knew, blast it, it was time for him to go. Then I lost my Bandit (dog) four months later. It's so hard loosing any one of our furry friends. Purrs and Prayers for Misty's family
