Both Samantha and Tigger and Jan gave me this award. Thank you so much for giving me this prestigious award. Now I have to pass it on two ten other bloggers that I think have outstanding style and ability. It is so hard to choose and try to find other bloggers who haven't been given the award already. I have chosen LC, Skeeter and Ayla, Tripper, Benjamin Fuzz and Lucy Furr and all the animals of The Fluffy Tribe.

You have to post who tagged you and link back to them and then to Petspix. Then you have to tag 3 other kitties, beans, woofies, or any other assorted animal.
What three things would you do that you have never done before, if you knew you wouldn't get caught, get in trouble, or suffer any consequences?
The thing I most want to do is something that I used to do, so it doesn't count. I really wish I could visit, post and research my next limerick all in one day. I just can't do that any more and I miss it. Now for the real ones.
1. I would take my two week vacation and transfer all my LPs and reel-to-reel tapes to CDs. I really miss a lot of that music and poetry readings. And since there are no consequences, no one would get on my case for "wasting" my vacation.
2. I would tell my boss that I don't care how busy the store is over Thanksgiving, I am taking the weekend off to go to the big Doctor Who convention. I have never been to a convention and I would really like to go.
3. I would like to take a long ride in a blimp or zeppelin. These craft have always fascinated me and it looks like so much fun.

for your three things, they all sound reasonable to me. i sure hope you get to do them.
maybe when you tell your boss that you want to be off over thanksgiving, you could say 'i've worked faithfully for ___ (fill in the blank with the number) thanksgivings and other holidays. it's important to me to have this one to myself. and then you could go to the dr. who convention.
mom went to a convention once--star trek--and had a great time!

Congrats on your well deserved award. Mom understands about the music. She wouldn't think your vacation was ruined. Lucky for mom that she works in the office so when the store is open the day after Thanksgiving, she can take the day off. She also got a ride in a hot air balloon. That was a lot of fun. I bet a zeppelin would be even more fun.

that is a great list! I still have tapes i would like to convert, even have the tape deck hooked up but don't have very good sound editing on my pc and too cheap to buy any right now! would be nice though!

I had a ride in a hot-air balloon a few years ago and that was fun, so I think you would really enjoy a ride in a blimp or zeppelin. I've been trying to get all my CDs onto the computer but I've lost track of which ones I've done, duhr! I will have to get all the CDs out again and check them against my music folder. That'll keep me quiet for about eleventy-squillion years, lol! :) xxx

As for your meme, well Mum loves the idea of taking a long weekend to go to a Doctor Who convention - we all hope that you get to go in 2008! A blimp would be cool to ride in 'cos you wouldn't have the loud engines of an airplane.

Congratulations on your award! My mom (who hates to fly) would like to ride in a blimp, too. When she was a kid, she used to see the Goodyear blimp in the summer and follow it down the street, waving at it.
